As a Maintenance Account Manager, Tim works closely with clients and field teams to ensure every property receives consistent care, clear communication, and attention to detail.

Tim takes pride in building long-term relationships, proactively addressing site needs, and making sure expectations are not just met, but exceeded. Being outdoors is where Tim feels most at home-whether walking properties, problem solving in the field, or enjoying hiking and sports in my free time.
