To be considered for the Lawn & Landscapes award, we had to provide extensive information about employee benefits and company policies and practices. An independent third party conducted a survey of Piscataqua Landscaping & Tree Service employees, who were asked to rate their satisfaction in a range of categories, including management, safety, quality of work, pay and benefits, and overall workplace experience. To ensure the integrity of the results, anonymity was assured and employees were encouraged to submit honest feedback. The vetting process was extremely thorough, with strict requirements, making the award all the more valuable to us.
