Dean Outhouse

Dean joined Piscataqua Landscaping & Tree Service in 2022 as Manager of Winter Operations, bringing with him 25+ years of expertise in commercial snow and ice management. A University of New Hampshire graduate of the Whittemore School of Business, he has earned notable certifications, including Certified Snow Professional (SIMA), Advanced Snow Manager (SIMA), and Green SnowPro Certified Master Salt Applicator (NH DES).

Dean is committed to advancing industry standards, serving as a trainer for the NH DES Green SnowPro Program and contributing to SIMA’s Editorial Advisory Committee. He actively participates in key industry groups, including the NH Green SnowPro Board, SIMA Snow Ops Peer Group, and SIMA Safety Task Force.

Outside of work, Dean enjoys time with his wife, son, and daughter.
