Katie Skilling

With over 15 years of experience in the green industry, Katie Skilling brings both hands-on field expertise and strong leadership skills to her role as Manager of Landscape Maintenance Operations. Having worked her way up from Field Supervisor into management, Katie has a deep, firsthand understanding of the challenges and rewards of landscape work. She’s passionate about supporting team growth and education and creating a culture where people take pride in their work. Katie also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, Health and Fitness from University of Southern Maine and an Advanced Snow Manager certification from the Snow & Ice Management Association (SIMA). Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family at her camp on Little Sebago lake in Gray.
