As General Manager of the Portland and Topsham branches of Piscataqua, Lucy brings over 15 years of experience managing businesses in the services industry, with a focus on leading distributed workforces. She is responsible for generating exceptional outcomes for customers and the business—which she believes starts with building an employee-first culture. While Lucy is deeply committed to operational excellence and team development, she’s well known by her colleagues for her outside-of-the box ideas—some that spark innovation, others that spark laughter, and many that do both.
